My Coaching method is based on an innovative and result-oriented technique that helps my students overcome barriers to bring concrete results.
Some people learn best on their own; others prefer learning in groups or even online. At T.H.C, you can choose the environment that works best for you.
Every lesson is 45 minutes long, for optimal effectiveness. You can have one or two sessions per week, depending upon your need and availability.
Tania can help you navigate challenging dietary changes and improve your diet. Studies have shown that people who have a health coaching tend to eat more health-boosting fruits and vegetables and less damaging fats and sugars compared to people who don’t have a coach
